Jimmy named "Most School Spirit"

Post by JimThorne » Mon Nov 10, 2003 1:38 pm

Hey Family,

Since I here nothing about what is going on in your lives...on a good note I recieved most school spirit for SUU through housing. Apparentlly I have the most school Spirit at SUU this month. Anyway my running is getting better. I currentlly have a 3.8 GPA for the 9 classes I am taking this semester and I predict a higher GPA after Finals. I recieved a 94% on my Teaching Specail ED midterm that was based on the laws and rules that teachers have to abide by when teaching specail students. Anyway I hope to hear from you all soon. Take care and lots of love.

Thanks for the congrats!!! The reson for most school spirit was due to the fact that im always wearing crosscountry SUU clothes after practice and around the dorm after hours because they are comfortable. We also had a pumkin painting contest that I won and it was an all black pumkin that said the words SUU CrossCountry in red letters with a white outline. So I think that contributed to my victory of most school spirit. In other news I recieved an A+ on my first Final and an A+ in that class. The class is Teaching Special Students 2030. An upper devision class, wish me luck on the rest of my finals. Also I had my goal session with my coach today on my track goals . I am going to be running the 800m, 1500m, 1600m, and the 5k on the track with my main focus being the 1600m-better known as the mile. He wants me to run under 4:30 in the first meet since Im coming off injury, then he wants me to run a 4:14 by the last meet of the season in May. Ill post the schedule on the kraftfam calendar when I recieve our schedule. My first meet though is on Jan. 17, 2004 @ Idaho State indoor track.

Are you going to spend xmas up at BH with the Family?

We have a bunch of people coming so it will be fun.

Xmas in PA

Post by Scott » Thu Dec 11, 2003 5:29 pm

We will miss you for Xmas, but know you will be in GREAT hands with the "Ole Mill House" group in PA. Tell them all Marry Xmas from the Kraft Family, and Matt says from him also.

Give us a call on Xmas, and New Years, and any other time you feel like it.

Have fun!
