All indications are pointing towards snow on the 25th and 26th which would make for a GREAT Christmas. Good job with the snow updates Matt, I'll try to post some also.

It is a bit cold, but no problem if you dress warm. The snow is excellent and the wind is minimal. All the chairs are open and the longest lift line was chair 3 for about 7 minutes. Chair 2 was NO wait all day.

The powder sucks here in Cedar!!!

You would think that snow ion the mountains during the hoilday season would be nothing more than a plesant way to spend the hoilday season...... well guess again! Having snow in cedar city (located about 40 miles from Brianhead and standing at about 7,500 feet) is a horrible thing for a distance runner whos season begins in two weeks. Training at -10 degrees in the moring and 4-15 degrees in the afternoon and then having to battle the 3 feet of snow is a very unpleasant experience. So you enjoy those wounderful powdery Brianhead skiing experiences, but don't forget next time your praying for snow to think of those of us runners down here in Cedar bearing the cold on those snowing, breezy, freezing, and miserable distance runs every moring while training for the up coming Track season.:(

Run faster, get warmer...

Maybe if you run faster you will get warmer.
