Hi Jen

Been busy, so haven't written much lately - but I think about you often anyway. Richie had a fabulous game Friday night. The score was 21 to 20, Miramonte losing, when Scott sacked the quarterback twice in a row and got a 3 point safety. The crowd went wild. All the players did their hugging and patting on Richie the way they do. We have the whole game on tape as it was on tv as the high-school game of the week.- at the end of the tape, the announcer re-showed Richie getting the safety and said it was the turning point of the game and then laughed at what a hard time he had pronouncing "Stachowski". Miramonte is still undefeated since 1999. Richie was really pleased, and though he is always low-keyed and modest, he did have a great big smile on his face!

Hope all is going well with you. Miss you and love you!!

I get off work at 6 pm, now it's 7, but I e-mailed Pops (Uncle Ken) and had a little paper shuffling to catch up on.

Iffer- you wonderful person!
Tell me about your new living situation.

Are the people cool ? Do you like the house ? Good location- near school and the fun places you like to go?

I learned to love moving. I get itch to just pack up and split. Even now. Not that there is anything bad about the present sitaution.

I get the feeling like I've spent my whole life on the "Comeback Trail" -- comming back from some bad decision, jobs, businesses,
marrige, whatever. And, there is a lot to be said for a fresh start.
After awhile, it does get too easy.

I work with Barb and Rich, and I live with my sister Margaret and neice Alex- so I'm really spoiled-I mostly hang out with my family.

Maybe there is more to be said for consistantcy, sticking it out, hanging in there.

Peace, Love and You'll always have us.

Now what

Scott-

I mailed the cats paperwork to the LV NV house.

That cat has way more credentials than I do.

Smarter, too.

Thanks for the paperwork...

I will let you know when it arrives. I don't plan on showing it to Honky ... the cat is already too full of itself ... that is all I need is for Honky to be throwing that in my face when I won't let her out to play in the snow.

Kids have a new hobby, they call it "cat prints". Take the cat on balcony, throw off to land in three feet of powder snow. Wait for cat to run back up for another toss. Next toss is next to previous. We even started playing tic-tac-honky-tonk-cat.

It is sure more fun then kitty broom and a ton more challenging!

All shots done and up to date.

Post by Scott » Tue Jan 28, 2003 12:21 pm

We did all those shots when we got her. We had her taken in for a complete feline physical, and loaded her up with as many drugs as I could get a discount on and a few others I got her "just because".

Rich did say he would send me the little pussy's past vet records so I can update her complete history.

Do you think you could follow up on that?

I grock the helmet idea, but with 31 used lives so far, there seems to be no limit in sight ... we hope.

Thanks

Honky Toss Game

Post by Margie » Wed Jan 29, 2003 8:27 am

Hey Scott, Honky doesn't run back up to the house after being thrown into the snow so that she can do it again - she runs back in to get warm. If you do it again, I'm sending Honky a copy of her pedigree written in her native Tibetin Meow language. She will then know she is superior to the rest of the Dawson Clan, and it will be she who does the tossing.

I tried to change my e-mail address on the web, but it didn't work. Would you do that for me.

Love, Mammy
