Aaron installed Front Page Theme Picker & Shout Box

Thanks to Aaron who has installed two great new features. (1) a Theme Selection box on front page right side, and (2) a shout box down below it a bit. Aaron also made all new templates for ImageFolio so they blend nicely with the new web page look.
